Product Introduction
Excellent environmental performance: Water based ink significantly reduces VOC emissions, is harmless to the environment and the health of operators, and is a green packaging printing material.
Excellent printing effect: The color is pure, odorless, and has excellent redissolved, overprinting, and leveling properties. During the printing process, the printed products have a strong sense of three dimensionality, clear layers, and bright and full colors.
High safety performance: non flammable, non explosive, in line with food hygiene requirements, eliminating adverse odors in the production environment, making the working environment healthier and the air fresher.
Strong applicability: Suitable for multi-color overprinting on gravure medium and high-speed printing machines, different colors can be customized according to customer requirements to meet different printing needs.

Application requirements
Printing process: During gravure printing, a part of the printing plate cylinder is immersed in the ink tank and rotates, and the ink is applied to the entire surface of the printing plate. Then, the ink scraper scrapes off the blank part of the ink, squeezes the ink into the concave cavity of the printing plate, and the ink is pressed onto the surface of the substrate by the imprinting mechanism.
Drying conditions: The general drying temperature is controlled at 90-100 ℃, and it is recommended to increase the air volume to facilitate the rapid discharge of water vapor. On gravure printers with heating devices, ink drying speed is faster and suitable for printing absorbent materials.
Viscosity and pH adjustment: It is recommended to maintain a viscosity of 18-20 seconds (measured at 25 ℃ using a Zein cup 2 #) and a pH value between 7.5-8.5 to achieve the best printing effect. Before use, stir thoroughly and adjust the viscosity according to the printing speed.
Equipment requirements: It is recommended to use electronic engraving or laser engraving intaglio, with shallow mesh depth to adapt to the high boiling point characteristics of water-based ink.

Storage and precautions
Storage conditions: Water based ink should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, with a warehouse temperature of 5-35 ℃, stacking no more than three layers, and a shelf life of one year (with no damage to the packaging).
Attention to use: Do not mix with solvent ink or ink from other manufacturers to avoid ink deterioration and scrap. Before the first use of the printing plate, the surface oil stains need to be cleaned to prevent oil stains from entering the ink. After printing is completed, the plate roller should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid ink drying and blocking the plate.
