❓ Do you offer exclusive territory rights for distributors?
Territory arrangements are discussed case by case. We grant priority or exclusive rights based on your market coverage, sales volume commitment and after-sales capability. Final terms are defined in the distribution agreement.
❓ What is the minimum order for distributors?
Standard samples are 5 kg per color and ship within 72 hours. Production orders below 1 ton ship within 72 hours, and orders below 20 tons ship within 7 days. Batch color difference is controlled at Delta E ≤ 2.
❓ Can I sell StarColor inks under my own brand (OEM / private label)?
Yes. We provide OEM and private-label packaging for qualified distributors, including your logo, label design and packaging specification, with full technical documentation in your language.
❓ What support does StarColor provide to distributors?
Free samples and trial kits, complete TDS/MSDS and compliance reports (FDA, REACH, RoHS), pre-sales technical training, ink troubleshooting support, marketing materials and leads generated from your territory.
❓ What trade terms do you offer?
We deliver on FOB terms (Chinese port). StarColor covers domestic transportation from our Huizhou factory to the departure port; international freight is paid by the customer, using your forwarder or ours.
