Starcolor Low Migration UV Ink is a premium-grade UV-curable ink specifically formulated to meet the demanding safety and regulatory requirements of food, pharmaceutical, and personal care packaging. Designed with carefully selected high-purity raw materials and ultra-low migration photoinitiators, this ink minimizes the risk of harmful substances migrating through packaging materials into products—ensuring compliance without compromising print quality.
This ink series offers excellent curing performance, outstanding adhesion, and exceptional printability on a wide range of non-absorbent substrates such as PET, PE, BOPP, and aluminum foil. It is particularly suitable for indirect contact packaging applications such as inner layers of food packaging, pharmaceutical outer boxes, cosmetic labels, and baby product cartons.
Starcolor Low Migration UV Inks are tested and certified to comply with FDA , EU Regulation No. 10/2011, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). These inks deliver vibrant color reproduction, sharp details, and excellent resistance, all while ensuring minimal odor and safe end-use performance.
