Product Introduction
Specifically developed for flexible packaging printing, this water-based gravure ink uses water as a solvent, featuring environmental friendliness, low VOCs, low migration, and low odor. It has passed food contact safety certifications and is suitable for packaging applications in food, daily chemicals, toys, and other fields. The ink combines high color strength with fine leveling properties, demonstrating strong adhesion to substrates such as PE, PET films, and aluminum foil. It produces vivid, wear-resistant, and scratch-resistant printed patterns, adapting to high-speed gravure printing equipment at 150-300 meters per minute with fast and efficient drying. Customized color matching is supported, and it is compatible with dry lamination and solventless lamination processes. The finished products are resistant to sterilization and chemical corrosion.
