Starcolor ® Gravure Reverse Inks is a water-based gravure ink designed for high-quality composite flexible packaging printing, mainly suitable for the inner printing process of transparent or semi transparent films such as PE, PP, BOPP, PET, etc. This series of inks has excellent adhesion, composite resistance, fast drying, and high-definition printing effects, and is widely used in composite packaging printing in industries such as food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical.

Usage Instructions

Pre-Press Preparation:
Ensure material surface tension ≥38 dyn/cm to guarantee adhesion. -
Dilution Ratio:
Adjust according to printing speed and seasonal conditions. A 5%-15% thinning agent addition is recommended. -
Viscosity Control:
Maintain viscosity within the optimal range to avoid over-dilution or excessive thickness, which may affect print quality. -
Drying Settings:
Optimize hot air temperature (recommended 50~65°C) to ensure thorough drying and prevent misregistration. -
Storage & Usage:
Stir thoroughly before use. Conduct small-batch test prints for performance verification if left unused for extended periods.
